11. Kind Words Comic — Standing Up Without a Fight

What you do:
Make the folder first, the way the Creative Studio teaches: one folder per piece, named and dated — a real folder on a device, or a paper folder if your studio is paper.
Build a short piece. If you have one of the free studio tools from the lessons (LMMS, BandLab, or BeepBox), build it there. Work at your own pace; a piece can be thirty seconds long.
Save the piece before anything else — before sharing, before sending, before closing the tool. Saving first is the studio habit this whole school runs on.

Choose three sounds from your kitchen: a cup tapped softly, a spoon on a box, hands clapping, a lid, a shaken jar of rice. Gentle sounds — this is a calm studio.
